On April 29, GSFF-Portland volunteers visited the RMHC West House to serve a wonderful dinner.  The volunteers that attended were, Ashleigh Revelle (CSR), Ann Blaine (CSR) and daughter Samantha, Ryan Whitledge (Warehouse), Sherri Homer (NW Reg. HR Mgr), Mark Halpern (GM), and Paul Garifalakis (Driver) and son PJ.

The group served 12 families a delightful dinner featuring meat lasagna, and chicken lasagna, with salad, bread, and fruit. The kids enjoyed mini corn dogs, juice boxes, apple sauce, and apple slices.  It went over well.

“Seeing how these dinners are so appreciated, is a great feeling,” said Ashleigh Revelle, who coordinated the dinner.  “It is amazing how something so little as a warm cooked meal can lift people’s spirits.  It is an honor to be a part of this Foundation.”
