QCD in Phoenix kicked off 2019 with their first ever GSF Foundation event at the Top Golf in Avondale, Arizona. Several associates enjoyed the opportunity to hit their very first golf ball and also heard a moving speech from a guest speaker from Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Michelle Major.
Michelle mentioned how much she appreciated the support GSF has given the Children’s Hospital throughout the years, and she also spoke on the impact that the Foundation’s most recent grant for $25,000 is having on the lives of the children and their families in long-term care. The grant is helping to pay for hospital meals for these families to remove the worry of where their next meal is going to come from. The night was a huge success and helped gain ten new first-time Foundation donors!
